Who am I?
Hello Loves! I've been contemplating whether or not to get a blog for a while now and I think I am going to enjoy this. However, I'm pretty sure no one will ever read or come across my blog, oh well! Since this is my first post, let me start by telling you a little bit about me!
After tons of time lost in confusion, feeling like I wasn't getting anywhere, I have (somewhat) found out what plans I have for college and for the future. I am aspiring to be an Occupational Therapist. I love people and helping others, and I feel like this is where God is leading me.
My name is Hanna Grace, that's what I prefer to be called, because I find it to match my personality more than if you were to just call me "Hanna".
I enjoy many things! I feel like I should make a list-ha- so here it goes!
- Spending time with super awesome friends!!
- Baking
- Photography
This summer, our neighbors grew some beautiful sunflowers, however I did not get pictures until after the Mississippi sun had fried them all. |
I love my converse!!! |
Our new kitten that we found in a ditch, this October! Meet Pumpkin Ditch! |
- Books (I'm on a John Green streak right now!)
- Hot Chocolate with HUGE marshmallows
- Music
So, now you have a general idea of what I enjoy! Above I mentioned that I enjoy music. I must tell you that I am not a music snob! Turn the radio on and I know just about every song. (if I do not know a song I will still sing along and act as though I do) I enjoy Country, Pop, Rock, Christian... anything with a good beat, really!
Being apart of a traditional Baptist Church, I really do love hymns, unlike most of my friends my age. I still believe they are wonderful, worshipful songs. We may not have a guitar and drum set on stage, but I still get a lot out of Worship when we use our hymnals.
My plans for the future include wanting everyone to know of my Savior's love. I enjoy missions. I went on a mission trip to New Mexico this summer, and had the opportunity to share the gospel with a kid named Marty. That had to have been the highlight of my summer.
The wonderful youth group from FBC that went to New Mexico, I enjoyed the fellowship and time spent with these people! |
Before I conclude, I feel like I should explain the name of my blog. "Lost in Love" is how I feel most of the time. I am so lost in the wonderful love of my Savior, I sometimes forget how blessed I am to have the life I do. I feel lost in the love of my parents, who support me in the decisions I make, and who correct me when I mess up. I feel lost in the love of my friends who are there for me, who provide laughter and fun times. Love is a wonderful thing, and I'm so thankful for how surrounded I am by it.
later darlings,
Hanna Grace <><
